She was born on June 28, 1985 in Elmira, New York to Tracie Sassano and Joseph Clauss. She was a conscientious nurse and was very compassionate. She would spend 45-minutes to an hour looking for the perfect door knob to put on the current piece she was working on. Lindsay would do craft shows with her mother in Florida. They would set up two tables and after three weeks of work Lindsay would have three items on the table. She would spend a week or more decorating a wooden box. She would remove fixtures, add items, remove the items she added, put the items back on. Paint the box. Change the color of the box again. She was a perfectionist, but she never seemed to achieve what she wanted. We met many people at the craft fairs. From the time she was a child, she never met a stranger, everyone was her friend.
