Celebration Of Life

A celebration of life will be held for Paul B. Anderson, who passed away on December 9, 2020. The event will be  January 9, between 2 – 4 p.m. at the former Anderson residence, 5803 SE Robinson Road, Belleview. All friends and acquaintances are welcome to stop by.

GERALD MACBLANE

Gerald MacBlane 76, of Belleview passed from this life on Monday, November 30, 2020. Born in Blossburg, PA he was the son of the late George and Rose (Harzinski) MacBlane.

Gerald was raised in Corning, NY and upon graduating from high school enlisted in the U. S. Army. He served in Germany during the early 1960s.

Gerald moved to California after the service and became a welder. He worked in the aircraft manufacturing industry for several years before coming to Florida. Gerald continued his welding career with the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local #803 of Orlando. He then worked with Translogic Corp where he retired from. Gerald recently received his 50 year pin from Local #803.

Gerald was a pilot and loved flying and talking airplanes.  He enjoyed fishing, hoisting a few brews and the camaraderie of his friends at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Club and the VFW Post in Belleview.

Gerald was previously married to the late Patricia Ann Smallwood. He leaves his beloved second wife of 20 years, Glenda (Horn) MacBlane; a daughter, Kelley MacBlane Packer, brother Ronnie MacBlane; grandchildren, Tristen, Logan, Brian, Brianty, Heidie, and Heather; 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, January 9, 2021, 3:00 PM at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Belleview. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Gerald’s memory may be made to a charity of choice.  Condolences may be expressed at Hiers-Baxley.com.

Forrest Alexander Lee II

Forrest A. Lee, age 86, passed away on January 2, 2021 at home surrounded by family. Forrest was born in Sanford, Florida on December 14, 1934 to Forrest and Margaret Lee. Forrest served in the United States Air Force and was a retired dragline operator who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his children: Freda (Robert) Bowser, Forrest A. Lee III (Jill), Shawna Lee, Corena Adkins; grandchildren: Amanda Perras, Sierra Perras, Timothy (Christina) Lee, Morgan Lee, Tawney Wimer, Donovan Wimer, Desiree (Leonard) Asbury, Caleb Adkins, Dalton Adkins, Gauge Adkins; great-grandchildren: Ava, Payton, Macie, Lindsey, Emma Lee; brothers: Cleveland Lee, Marvin (Karmen) Lee; sisters: Jamie Justice, Pam (Raynaldo) Diaz; and his nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his wife: Dorothy Hood Lee; sisters: Velma (John) Horn and Ouita Bell.

A visitation will be held at Beyers Funeral Home of Umatilla, Friday, January 8, 2021 from 6pm to 8pm. Graveside services will be held at Hinson Cemetery, Saturday, January 9, 2021 at 10am. Arrangements entrusted to Beyers Funeral Home of Umatilla, Florida.
