ALAN LESLIE LaCOMBE
Allan Leslie LaCombe, 77, of Belleview, Florida passed away December 12, 2021 at Ocala Regional Medical Center, Ocala Florida. He was the husband of Ruth Ann LaCombe for 58 years.
Allan was born in Holland Patent, New York on May 10, 1944 a son of the late James F. LaCombe and June Emhof.
He moved to Belleview, Florida April, 1996. Prior to his retirement in 2007, he worked at Lockheed Martin as an Aerospace Engineer.
Allan was very involved as a minor league and little league coach in New York. He became very involved in the Belleview Soccer Club serving as a coach and board member for 14 years. A tribute for his involvement was erected at the Belleview Sports Complex on the soccer fields.
Allan married the love of his life, Ruth Ann Dousharm LaCombe on November 16, 1963 at St. Ann’s Church in Hinckley, New York. He was a loving and devoted husband, dad, grandpa, and papa. His family was everything to him and he was everything to his family.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Ann LaCombe and sons Michael and wife Kathy LaCombe of Belleview, FL, Jim LaCombe of Chaumont, NY and Daughter Jacquie Kazmierczak of Belleview, FL. And his brothers Albie and wife Theresa LaCombe of Frankfort, NY and Marty and wife Lee Ann LaCombe of Hinckley, NY.
Allan has 9 Grandchildren – Josh LaCombe, Michelle Brizendine, Joseph LaCombe, Nick LaCombe, Alex LaCombe, Amanda LaCombe, Dylan Kazmierczak, Cody Kazmierczak and Bryce Moore and 6 greatgrandchildren – Jaylynn LaCombe, Tallican LaCombe, Leila LaCombe, Adrianna Brizendine, Dominick LaCombe and Rhett LaCombe.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Lee J. Lacomb.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St Theresa Catholic Church, Belleview FL on Wednesday, January 12, 2021, at 10:00am. Interment at Highland Memorial Park, Ocala FL. Jan Ervin Flickinger
Jan was born December 28, 1935 in Barberton, OH to Gerald and Edith Flickinger . He passed on November 13, 2021 at Advent Health. Jan lived in Norton, OH area most of his life and was a chemical engineer in tire development for 30+ years until retirement from Michelin Tire in 1994.
He married JoAnn in 1976 while continuing to live in Ohio prior to their moving to Ocala, FL in 2005 .
Jan has been an active member of the Masonic National Lodge #568 in Barberton, OH, the Ohio Grange #1331 of Bath, OH and the Moose Lodge #1014 of Ocala, FL.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, JoAnn; daughter, Larra Michele Scolaro of Meckenbeuren, Germany; son, Ryan (Tonya) Scolaro of Waynetown , IN; and grandson, Ashton Scolaro of Waynetown , IN.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Battered Womens’ Shelter or the Disabled American Veterans both of Ocala.
There will be a funeral mass on December 28, 2021 at 8:30 AM at the Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 6455 SW State Rd 200. Ocala, Florida.

David Frank Battaglia
David Frank Battaglia, 60, of Ocala, Florida passed away November 25, 2021, at his home in Ocala, Florida.
He was born on April 26, 1961, in Trenton, New Jersey to father, Frank Battaglia and mother, Ann Valeri. David grew up in Hamilton, New Jersey. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was the highest rank Avionic Technician. He worked as an automotive technician for many years and most recently worked for the U.S. Post Office. He was a devoted Christian and was loved by all who knew him.
David is survived by his parents, Frank Battaglia and Ann Valeri. His sisters, Linda Scozzaro and Terry Battaglia. His children, Christine Battaglia and Christopher Battaglia, grandchildren; Madalyn Battaglia, Raymond Ertel and Christian Battaglia as well as his nieces and nephews.
