Christopher Michael Montanaro

Christopher Michael Montanaro, 48, of Ocala, Florida passed away January 6, 2022. He was the husband of Marie Montanaro.

Chris was born in Newburg, New York to Robert Montanaro and Mary Bonhote.  He was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of the Church @ The Springs, Ocala. He was a member of the Ocala Jeep Club, enjoyed bowling, ceramics, and fishing.  He was an organ donor.

Christopher is survived by his wife, Marie Loretta Montanaro, stepson, Tyler Buttrick of Ocala, FL, father, Robert L. Montanaro and Mother, Julie Montanaro of Ocala, FL and Birth mother, Mary Bohnote of Ocala, FL. He is also survived by his brother, Robert Montanaro, Jr., and his wife Catherine of NY. He leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews as well as many cousins.

Lucy Josephine DiCandia

Lucy Josephine DiCandia, 95, of Belleview, Florida passed away January 6, 2022, at Ocala Regional Medical Center, Ocala, Florida. She was the wife of the late Paul Anthony DiCandia who preceded her in 1993.

Lucy was born in New York, New York a daughter of the late Francesco and Maria Falestra.

Lucy is survived by daughters, Lisa Levesque of Ocala, FL and Constance DiCandia of Hollywood, FL and son, Paul DiCandia of Belleview, FL. She was the grandmother of Sara Hume, Paul DiCandia and Stephen Funk.  She has 5 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 5946 SE Robinson Road, Belleview, FL 34420 on Saturday, January 15, 2022, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM followed by a prayer service at 1:00 PM.  Interment will be at Forest Lawn Memory Garden, Ocala, FL.

Christopher Lee Snowden

Christopher Lee Snowden, 33, of Belleview, Florida passed away January 8, 2022, at Ocala Regional Medical Center, Ocala, Florida.

Chris was born in Lacrosse, Wisconsin a son of Andrew and Kimberly Snowden. He was an auto mechanic at Walmart where he worked for 10 years.

Chris enjoyed spending time with his children and family, video games, podcasts, wrestling, and taking pictures. He enjoyed taking his kids to the park and going on new adventures to places he’d never been. He was always ready with a good story that could make everyone laugh. He was big on pranks and making people in his life feel special in his own unique way. Chris was a loving father, boyfriend, son, and friend. He had a special talent in making all of your bad days filled with laughter. Chris will forever be missed by all of his friends and family. We will always remember all the laughs, jokes, and good times that he left us with.

Christopher is survived by his mother, Kimberly Snowden and father, Andrew Snowden both of Belleview. FL. His girlfriend, Kaylee Gillum of Belleview, FL.  He was the father of Madison Snowden, daughter and son, Raiden Snowden both of Belleview, FL.
