On 05/24/2023 at approximately 06:44 am at Belleview United Methodist Church, located at 5640 SE Brown Rd, Richard E. Kurdt was issued a trespass warning/barring notice authorized by an open trespass.

Investigation revealed that on 05/23/223 at 2350 hours, at Wawa (5726 SE Abshier Blvd) an unknown white female committed the offense of retail theft by walking behind the counter and taking approximately $30.00 in cigarette merchandise.

On 05/23/2023 at approximately 14:54 hours, a juvenile suspect did commit the offense of felony battery by picking up another juvenile with his hands and the proceeding to slam him on the floor. The victim Juvenile sustained a “knot” like injury on his forehead and was also unconscious. This incident occurred at Belleview Elementary during the school’s end of the day dismissal.

On 05/22/2023 at approximately 01:36 pm, at 10903 S US Hwy 441(Arcade Games), Sandra C. Hoff (white female, DOB: 04/14/1952) was trespassed by Abraham A. Burgess (black male, DOB: 11/29/1969) for causing a disturbance and being argumentative.

On 5/22/2023 at approximately 0440 hours, Jonathon Orville Weinberger (white male, DOB: 11/12/89) was issued a barring notice while observed sleeping at the Belleview Community Center, located at 5615 SE 110th Place, Belleview.

On 5/21/2023 at approximately 2345 hours, Brian Matthew Barber (white male, DOB 9/23/85) was issued criminal citation #Ah2xize for knowingly operating a motor vehicle while drivers license is suspended reference financial responsibilities, while at the 10400 Block of US Hwy 441 Belleview.

On 5/21/2023 at approximately 2240 hours, Dillon James Curry (white male, DOB: 06/12/2001) was issued a permanent trespass warning from 10837 S US-441 (Bumpers Pub).

On 05/26/2023 at 19:15 hours, at Bumpers Pub (10837 S Hwy 441) offenders Gabriel Vigil (hispanic male, DOB: 10/23/1979) and Telecha Stepp (white female, DOB: 07/12/1981) were trespassed by the bar manager for disorderly conduct.

On 05/26/2023 at Walgreens, 4920 SE Abshier Blvd, Michael Andrew Collado (white male, DOB: 2-25-91) was issued a trespass warning per request of the store manger for bothering customers.

On 05/26/2023, at Wawa, 5726 SE Abshier Blvd, Westley J. Williams (black male, DOB: 03/03/1990) was trespassed and arrested for petit theft after he concealed a drink and two dessert items with a total cost of $7.17.

On 05/26/2023 at Winn Dixie( 11308 US-301 S) manager Julie A. Serrano (DOB 07/15/1975) advised she wanted Westley J. Williams (black male, DOB 03/03/1990) trespassed from the property due to him scaring customers and banging his head on a trashcan.

Investigation revealed that on 5/26/2023 at approximately 0200 Hours, Yvette Marie Miller (white female, DOB 3/22/88) and Tyler Bryce Bullard (white male, DOB 11/14/94) did reportedly allege that a simple battery was committed by the other while at 10431 SE 49th Ct #32, Belleview.

On 5/27/2023, SE Babb Rd/Se Abshier Blvd – Pfc. Hunt observed a vehicle turn the wrong way onto Us Hwy 301 and conducted a traffic stop. The driver, Ever Bardales Zelaya, produces his Honduran identification card in lieu of a driver’s license. Pfc. Hunt issued Bardales Zelaya a criminal citation. Case closed by arrest.

On 5/27/2023, 6000 Blk Se Front Rd – Sgt. Esquivel observed a red golf cart operating on the roadway without a license plate and conducted a traffic stop. The driver, Allen Sconyers, said he didn’t know he couldn’t operate a golf cart on city roadways. A records check showed Sconyers’ license had been suspended for almost a year for failure to pay a citation. Sgt. Esquivel advised Sconyers’ she was issuing him a criminal citation for the offense, at which time Pfc. Hunt performed a search incident-to-arrest and discovered a broken glass bulb pipe. A field test of the residue inside the pipe yielded positive for methamphetamine. Sgt. Esquivel transported Sconyers’ to the Marion County Jail without incident.

On 5/27/2023, SE Stetson Rd/Se Baseline Rd – Pfc. Eckert observed a vehicle driving with extensive front-end damage and followed behind to make a traffic stop. The vehicle pulled over before Pfc. Eckert could activate his lights and the occupants exited to speak with him. They advised they had swerved to avoid a vehicle turning in front of them and struck a pole. They had tried to follow the vehicle when it fled, but they lost sight of it and returned to the scene. During his crash investigation,
Pfc. Eckert smelled the obvious odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. Sgt. Esquivel arrived on scene and Pfc. Eckert briefed her on the situation. Sgt. Esquivel looked into the vehicle and observed a metal tray with a small baggie of suspected marijuana behind the center console area. A rotation wrecker was enroute, so Sgt. Esquivel began an inventory search of the vehicle and located a baggie with $411 in cash under the passenger seat; a red backpack with large quantities of suspected marijuana, a scale, unused baggies, and rolling papers; two additional baggies of suspected marijuana; and another $600 in cash. The suspected marijuana later weighed 264 grams total, not including packaging.
Pfc. Eckert placed Nunez under arrest and transported him to the Marion County Jail without incident.
