On 6/9/2023, at 5640 SE Brown Rd (Belleview United Methodist), Ryan Cartier was issued a trespass warning after being told to leave the church twice subsequent to a call for service.

On 6/9/2023, at 11310 S Us Hwy 301 (Winn Dixie) – Roy Cather was placed under arrest for Driving Under the Influence and Resisting an Officer Without Violence after management called about a drunk driver striking curbs in the parking lot. Cather refused to comply with instructions after being placed under arrest and subsequently provided a breath sample of 0.142/0.140.

On 6/10/2023, at 5515 SE Abshier Blvd (McDonald’s), A concerned citizen reported that they observed what appeared to be a caretaker strike a mentally disabled adult while walking in the parking lot.

On 6/10/2023, at 10477 S Hwy 441 (Rock N Wash), A white male was arrested for driving under the influence after Ofc. Galler observed him in actual physical control of a vehicle parked in the fire lane at the location. Once he was arrested, the defendant kicked and threatened officers and was also charged for resisting with violence and battery on LEO as a result. A Baker Act was also initiated due to the defendant making suicidal statements while en route to the jail, where he refused to provide a breath sample.

On 6/10/2023, at 4920 Se Abshier Blvd (Walgreens), Richard Kurdt was issued a trespass warning by management after asking other customers for money multiple days in a row.

On 6/11/2023, at 5515 Se Abshier Blvd (McDonald’s) – Hannah Wilson and Esau Quinonez were trespassed from the location for disorderly conduct.

On 6/11/2023, at SE Holly Rd/SE Hames Rd, an adult male was placed under a Marchman Act after a concerned citizen called about his erratic behavior.

On 6/11/2023, at 5640 Se Brown Rd (Belleview Methodist Church), Richard Kurdt committed trespass after warning by returning to the property after a trespass warning was issued on 5-24-23. Pfc. Hunt placed Kurdt under arrest and transported him to the Marion County Jail without incident.

On 6/11/2023, at 5726 SE Abshier Blvd (Wawa), an adult male was placed under a Baker Act after expressing suicidal ideation and threatening family members.

On 6/11/2023, at 5363 Se Agnew Rd, a white female was found deceased from apparent natural causes.
