On 6/14/2023, at 4920 SE Abshier Blvd (Walgreens), sometime between 6/5/23 and 6/12/23, an unknown suspect(s) committed Petit Theft by removing a Florida Express Environmental portable toilet from the property.

On 6/14/2023, at 6666 SE 110th St (Opus Bar), Management called requesting Telecha Stepp be trespassed for her disruptive behavior. Upon arrival, Pfc. Eckert recognized Stepp and verified in-house that she had already been trespassed from the location in 2021. Stepp was placed under arrest and transported to the Marion County Jail without incident.

On 6/15/2023, at 6219 Se Earp Rd, Andrue Stickles reported that his girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend, Mark Tharpe has been stalking him for the last several years and drove to his house without a legitimate purpose on 6/11/23.

On 6/15/2023, a white male was transported to the hospital under a Marchman Act after an apparent overdose.

On 6/16/2023 at approximately 1830 hours, a $100 bill was discovered laying on the floor of 10301 s us-441 (Publix), buy a customer at the store and was turned over to employees at the location. The bill was placed in Belleview Police Department evidence for safe-keeping.

On 6/17/2023, between 2200 and 2344 hours, while at 10934 US-441 an unknown suspect did remove Florida license plate QHLP27 from the victim, Trichelle Angelique Luther’s vehicle. The license plate has been submitted into FCIC/NCIC as stolen.

On 06/16/2023 William McGee (white male, DOB: 12/28/19830) violated his injunction against Mandy L. Lambert (white female, DOB: 11/07/1979) by calling her land line phone at 6575 SE 108th Street, lot 1.

On 6/17/2023 at approximately 2245 hours, a white male was placed under a Marchman Act after overdosing on fentanyl in the parking lot of 5198 SE Abshier Blvd. (Circle K). Marion county fire rescue responded to the area and transported the patient to HCA Florida (1431 SW 1st ave, Ocala).

On 6/18/2023 at approximately 2115 hours, a white male was placed under a Marchman Act, after actively overdosing on methamphetamine the individual was transported by Marion County Fire Rescue to HCA Florida (1431 SW 1st Ave, Ocala).

On 6/19/2023 at approximately 0030 hours, Nicholas Clyde Land (white male, DOB: 2/11/2001) was issued a trespass warning from Walgreens (4920 SE Abshier Blvd). Land was discovered to have stolen a pack of razors, Walgreens declined to press charges.
