Community Harvest Baptist Church Hosts 21st Annual VBS

Community Harvest Baptist Church hosted their week long, Vacation Bible School 2023 from Monday, June 12, 2023 though Friday, June 16, 2023, at 14915 SE 36th Ave, in Summerfield.

This years theme was “Keepers Of The Kingdom”.  Each night, children from 2 years old up, including adults,  learn how they can be part of God’s kingdom through salvation in his Son and will be equipped with the Armor of God to become Keepers of the Kingdom who stand strong in today’s battle for truth.

Monday:  The Beginning of Life- Two Kingdoms-Ephesians 6:10-11

Tuesday:  The Wonder of Life- The Belt-Ephesians 6:14

Wednesday:  The Value of Life- The Breastplate and Shoes- Ephesians 6:15

Thursday:  Eternal Life- The Shield and Helmet- Ephesians 6:16

Friday:  Using Your Life- The Sword and Prayer- Ephesians 6:17-18

Community Harvest Baptist Church participants enjoyed Vacation Bible School lessons,  interactive crafts, fun outside games, entertaining skits, plus VBS Spirit Days, such as, Hat Day, Silly Sock Day and Crazy Hair Day.

VBS Family night was Friday, June 16th, 2023.  The week came to an end with the children showcasing what they had learned followed by Chicken Pileau for dinner and fellowship.
