On 7/1/2023 at approximately 2214 hours, Andrew Jackson Mccomas (white male, DOB: 6/17/02) alleged an unknown female attacked him with a “stun gun” while at the 11000 block of SE 66th Terrace, Belleview.

Preliminary investigation reveals that on 7/1/2023 at approximately 1700 hours, Daniel Walter (white male, DOB: 10/31/2001) was reportedly choked by an unknown white male, approximately 60 years of age while at the Chevron Convenience store located at 11990 SE Hwy 484, Belleview.

On 06/30/2023 at approximately 2:28 pm at Walgreens, located at 4920 SE Abshier Blvd, Michael L. Fletcher (white male, DOB: 03/03/1972) was issued a trespass warning.

On 06/28/23 at approximately 6:30 pm at 5304/5306 SE Abshier Blvd (Bria Skyy’s Hair and Nail Salon) Joshua D. Williams (black male, DOB: 12/23/82) was issued a trespass warning/barring notice authorized by an open trespass.

On 6/27/2023 at approximately 2120 hours, Alejandro David Cooper Rios (hispanic male, DOB: 9/7/82) was issued a barring notice by Wawa management while at the Wawa, located at 5726 SE Abshier blvd, Belleview.

On 06/27/2023 at approximately 2:54 pm, David A Rogers (white male, DOB: 08/11/1989) was issued a trespass warning at Dennis Monroe Public works located at 5525 SE 119th Street, Belleview, authorized by the City of Belleview.

On 06/27/23 at approximately 11:50 am, at St Theresa’s, located at 11528 US Hwy 301, a white male adult was placed under a baker act due to suicidal and homicidal ideations in which the white male aggressively yielded and displayed a machete. The white male was transported to SMA for treatment. On 06/29/23 he was issued a trespass warning/barring notice for St Theresa’s.

On 07/02/2023 at 10705 US-Hwy 441 Belleview, approximately between 3:00pm on 07/01/2023 to 5:49 am an unknown subject did commit the offense of burglary by breaking into RJ’s dinner and shattering the front door glass and taking cash and change.
