Investigation revealed that on 7/15/2023 at approximately 0301 hours, Robyn Kelly Johnson (white female, DOB: 7/5/197) was placed under arrest for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia while at the Wawa store located at 5726 SE Abshier Blvd, Belleview.

On 7/14/2023 at approximately 2030 Hours, Joe Eddie Tarpley (black male, DOB: 12/10/54) was issued a barring notice from the Belleview Regional Plaza located at 10401 South Us Hwy 441 Belleview, Fl 34420.

On 7-14-2-23, (white male, DOB: 9-20-74), was placed under a Marchman Act after being observed stumbling into the roadway at the 6900 block of SE 110th St., falling continuously on the side of the road, and being extremely intoxicated to the point of being a danger to himself.

On 07/14/2023 at approximately 11:48 am at 5305 SE 110th st (Stepping Stones Academy) Taylor B. Cetina (white female, DOB: 05/02/1995) did commit the offense of burglary with assault or battery by striking Ashley A. Smith (white female, DOB: 03/23/1989) in the face while Ashley was sitting in her vehicle. An arrest warrant was submitted.

At 10851 S US Hwy 441, on 07/15/2023 at approximately between 2:30 am and 4:30 pm an unknown male did commit the offense(s) of grand theft $20,000 or more less than $100,000.00 and burglary of a structure with damage in excess of $1,000 by breaking in through the establishment and damaging the doors and ripping down cameras, damaging a safe and taking cash.

On 7/12/2023, 5726 Se Abshier Blvd (Wawa) – An unidentified white female committed retail theft by concealing a “Four Loko” alcoholic beverage and leaving the scene without paying.

On 7/12/2023, at 10934 S Us Hwy 441 (Cyber Social Center), a disturbance occurred at the location resulting in the security guard pepper spraying an unidentified subject who left the scene and did not make a report.

On 7/13/2023, at 5198 Se Abshier Blvd (Circle K), at approximately 8:30am, Ofc. Galler responded to the location regarding a female unconscious in a parked vehicle. Ofc. Galler spoke with the driver, Lisa McClane, and observed obvious signs of drug impairment. McClane participated in seated field sobriety exercises, after which Ofc. Galler placed her under arrest for DUI and transported her to the Marion County Jail. McClane refused to provide a breath or urine sample. Case closed by arrest.
