On 7/21/2023, at 10301 S Us Hwy 441 (Publix) – A seventeen-year-old male was issued a trespass warning by management.

On 7/21/2023, at 11535 SE 57th Ave – The victim reported that she had been living with the suspect, Eugene Gaven, but they hadn’t been getting along so she was moving out. The victim realized she left her phone at the location so she returned and Gaven told her he had thrown it. The victim found her phone in the road, shattered.
Ofc. Galler spoke with Gaven who advised he threw the victim’s phone over the fence and into the grass so she wouldn’t come back to the residence. Gaven said an unknown male then picked up the phone and threw it into the road. Ofc. Galler issued Gaven a notice to appear for the charges. Case closed by arrest.

On 7/21/2023, at SE 107th St – Officers responded to the location for a physical disturbance. The victim reported that the suspect, his wife, was hitting him. Cpl. Harrington spoke with the suspect, who admitted to striking the victim in the face during an argument. Cpl. Harrington observed blood on the suspect’s wrists as he detained her in handcuffs. Cpl. Harrington observed a laceration and blood on the victim’s eyebrow and cheek, consistent with the allegations. Cpl. Harrington placed the suspect under arrest and transported her to the Marion County Jail. Case closed by arrest.

On 7/22/2023, at 10851 S Us Hwy 441 (Fish Games) – Rohitkumar Patel, DOB 5/5/1993, was issued a trespass warning.

On 7/22/2023, at 5198 Se Abshier Blvd (Circle K) – An employee located a small black zippered pouch that contained suspected narcotics and drug paraphernalia. The items have been submitted for destruction.

On 7/23/2023, at the 11300 Blk S Us Hwy 441 – Pfc. Eckert conducted a traffic stop for speed and discovered the driver, Rebecca Silver, DOB 7/6/1988, was knowingly operating the vehicle while her license was suspended. Silver was visiting from out of state, therefore Pfc. Eckert placed her under arrest and transported her to the Marion County Jail. Case closed by arrest.

On 7/23/2023, at Wawa, 5726 SE Abshier Blvd, Emmeria Hardy Norvilus, DOB 7/26/1990, was issued a trespass warning.

On 7/20/2023, at 4900 SE 102nd PL #96, Randy Shamsie, w/m 5-9-1976, was found to be acting suspiciously by opening a screen porch door at a residence without knowing the resident. Shamsie did not enter the porch and left prior to law enforcement arrival.

On 7/19/2023, at Wawa, a juvenile male and Aliyah Perez, DOB 1/2/2003, were permanently trespassed after the theft of 2 fountain drinks.

On 7/19/2023, Publix, Brian Baker, white male, DOB: 1/16/1984, and Jessica Rolph, white female, DOB: 12/30/1992, were trespassed for loitering and making a mess.

On 7/19/2023, 5445 SE 111th Street, unknown suspect damaged rear door to the store causing approximately $300 in damage and stealing an undetermined amount of items from the location.

On 7/19/2023, at Wawa, Zachary Grolemund, white male, DOB: 9/21/1989, was issued trespass warning for disorderly conduct.

On 7/19/2023, at SE 51st CT, Kristan Romaire, white female, DOB 4/25/1990, was arrested after striking victim in the face with a closed fist.

On 7/19/2023, Amandda Fleenor, white female, DOB: 11/14/1987, was arrested from a joint stolen vehicle investigation with the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
