Belleview firefighters battle vehicle fire

On Saturday, July 29 at 3:53pm, MCFR units were dispatched to the 5300 block of SE 92d Place, Ocala, in reference to a vehicle fire. The 911 caller reported a car on a flatbed trailer was on fire. The driver was working to remove the car from the trailer.
Belleview Engine #18 and Battalion Chief 3 arrived on scene at 3:58pm. Firefighters deployed hose lines and extinguished the fire. It was called under control at 4:03pm.
No injuries reported to civilians or firefighters. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
