On 07/27/2023, at Destiny Church Thrift Store, located at 10121 S Hwy 441, two unknown white males took approximately $300 worth of miscellaneous items from outside of the business.

On 07/27/2023, El Azteca Taqueria 5918 SE Abshier Blvd, A victim was reportedly pushed by his employer.

On 07/28/23 at approximately 7:30 am at the Belleview Square Plaza, located at the 10700 block of US Highway 441, David A. Rogers (white male, DOB: 08/11/89) was issued a trespass warning authorized by an open trespass.

On 7/28/2023, between 0800 hours and 1100 hours, an unidentified suspect unlawfully entered onto the front porch at 6812 SE 107th Place Belleview, and stole a medical thermometer from within a sealed UPS package belonging to Collette Norris (white female, DOB: 11/5/65).

On 7/29/2023, at approximately 0140, a juvenile male was placed under arrest at 10135 US-441 following a search of his vehicle for violation of Florida State Statutes 893.13 possession of marijuana, 893.147 possession of drug paraphernalia, and 562.111[1] possession of alcohol by a minor.

Between June 10th 2023 and July 18th 2023, an unknown individual did commit a violation of Florida 817.568(1)(F), Fraudulent use of Personal Identification, by purchasing and registering a cellular phone utilizing the victim Gerald Caldwell’s (white male, DOB: 06/13/62) name. Costing the victim a total of $729.00.

On 07/29/23, at approximately 11:00 am, at 7300 block of E Hwy 25, while assisting MCSO on a posted perimeter spot for fleeing and eluding, the officer observed a white male, Richard E. Groth (07/25/86) run across E Hwy 25 and into the Circle K. Richard was arrested on a warrant and for fleeing and eluding by MCSO.

On 07/29/23, at approximately 3:45 pm, at 11090 SE 55th ave rd (homeless camp), Nicholas C. Land (white male, DOB: 02/11/01) was issued a trespass warning /barring notice authorized by an open trespass.

On 7/29/2023, at approximately 1800 hours, a clear baggie containing approximately 1.2 Grams of methamphetamine, along with approximately 2 grams of marijuana, was located in a patch of grass behind a wooden fence located at Advance Auto Parts, located at 5003 SE Abshier Blvd in Belleview.

On 7/29/2023, at approximately 2352 hours, Brandon Hunter Bentley (white male, DOB: 4/25/1998) was placed under arrest for fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement while at the 10400 Blk US Hwy 441, Bellevew.

On 07/30/2023 at approximately 2:06 pm, a white female, who will remain unnamed, overdosed at 5018 SE Abshier Blvd (room 11, Vin-Mar Motel). The individual was placed under a Marchman act and transported by Marion County Fire Rescue to The Villages Regional Hospital.
