On 8/9/2023, at 5105 Se 106th St, Antonio Dupree committed Petit Theft and Criminal Mischief by intentionally damaging the victim’s pink iPad mini valued at $384 and then taking the pink iPad mini, a black telescope, and a red personal massager with a total value of $513.99. Case pending active.

On 8/10/2023, 5198 Se Abshier Blvd (Circle K) – Gianni Izzo and a juvenile male were issued a trespass warning from the location on behalf of management.

On 8/10/2023, at 6818 Se 112th Pl (Autumn Glen), an unknown suspect committed Burglary and Grand Theft by going into multiple houses being built and taking the wires out of the fuse boxes.

On 8/10/2023, at 10860 Se 52nd Ave, a black Taurus .380 handgun was reported as lost by the owner.

On 8/10/2023, at 5634 Se 113th St, Leonard Ringley was issued a trespass warning.

On 8/10/2023, at 5609 Se Abshier Blvd (Burger King), Richard Kurdt was issued a trespass warning by management after causing a disturbance.

On 8/10/2023, at 5726 Se Abshier Blvd (Wawa) – An unidentified hispanic male committed Retail Theft by filling two 32-ounce fountain drinks and leaving the store without paying.

On 8/10/2023, 5726 SE Abshier Blvd (Wawa) – an unidentified black male committed Retail Theft by filling a water bottle with soda and leaving without paying.

On 8/10/2023, at 4801 Se 102nd Pl, an unknown person committed Petit Theft by taking a John Deere lawn mower motor valued at $100 from Joel King’s property.

On 8/10/2023, at 5515 Se Abshier Blvd (McDonald’s) – Richard Kurdt was issued a trespass warning by management after causing a disturbance.

On 8/10/2023, at 5726 Se Abshier Blvd (Wawa) – Cpl. Harrington responded to the location for a report that a woman had not paid for a fountain drink and was sitting at the tables outside. The woman, Shannan Regal, initially denied having stolen the drink and said she had only gotten ice from the machine and poured her drink from a can she brought. Regal then admitted she had indeed filled her cup from the soda fountain and didn’t pay. Cpl. Harrington placed Regal under arrest and transported her to the Marion County Jail without incident. Regal was also issued a trespass warning on behalf of management. Case closed by arrest.

On 8/11/2023, at 11528 S Us Hwy 301 (St. Theresa’s Catholic Church) – An adult female was placed under a Baker Act after fleeing from law enforcement and expressing bizarre delusions.

On 8/11/2023, at 5198 Se Abshier Blvd (Circle K), Robert Rice was recognized from a previous call as possibly having an active extraditable Georgia Warrant and stopped. Once the warrant was confirmed as extraditable methamphetamine, buprenorphine, and drug paraphernalia were located on Robert’s person and in his backpack during a search of his person and belongings.

On 08/08/23 at approximately 1:00 pm at 6121 SE Stetson Rd, a white male was placed under a Baker Act due to aggressive behavior, homicidal ideations, and decompensating, and transported to the vines.

Investigation revealed that on 8-7-23 an unknown suspect did commit the offense of firing a firearm from a vehicle by firing a semi automatic handgun from the driver side window of a black truck while traveling north on SE Lillian Circle.

On 08/07/23 at approximately 2:40 pm at the 6400 block of se baseline rd, CSX property (railroad tracks), Jana L. Smith (w/f, DOB 08/17/64) was issued a trespass warning/barring notice authorized by an open trespass from CSX.
