On 8/31/2023 at approximately 2120, in the 10100 Block of S US-441, Willien Monique Lagree (DOB:10/15/1977) was discovered to be knowingly operating a motor vehicle, a blue Honda Odyssey [58ARTQ], while her license was suspended in violation of §322.34[2].

On 8/31/2023 at approximately 1128 hours, Dawn Marie Smith, white female, DOB 10/27/82 was placed under arrest for possession of methamphetamine while at 10477 South US Hwy 441, Belleview.

On 8-30-2023 at Dragon House, located at 10935 S Hwy 441, Marco A. Mosby, (black male, DOB: 10-24- 79), did commit the offense of simple assault against victim Wendy Schleher, (white female, DOB 1-4-83), by motioning to strike her with a closed fist and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and aggravated assault against victims Byron Durning, (white male, DOB 10-20- 58), and Jerry Jones, (white male, DOB 4-25-00), by being in possession of a firearm which he pointed at victims Durning and Jones.

On 08/28/2023 between the times of 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm and unknown subject did commit the offense of Petit Theft by stealing Faylon D. Taylor (9/12/59) black tailgate that was sitting next to his storage unit.

On 08/29/2023, at approximately 15:26 hours, a juvenile subject was placed under a Baker Act.

On 08/29/2023 at 12:20 hours, at 10401 SE 42nd Teracer, a juvenile female was placed under a Baker Act and transported to a mental health facility after harming herself by cutting her leg.

On 08/29/2023 at approximately 13:45 hours, Ryan Beard, (white male, DOB 07/23/2004) was issued criminal citation AI96NIE for unregistered motor vehicle subsequent to a traffic stop on his green GMC pickup vin 2GTEC19T721390263 in the 10500 blk of SE 50th ave.

On 8/29/2023 during normal business hours, an unknown suspect uttered a forged instrument by forging a Turley Construction business account check in the amount of $1,391.11 while at the Bank of America, located at 5222 SE Abshier Blvd, Belleview.

On 8/31/23 a white male subject was placed under a Baker Act while at the Belleview Library after advising that he was schizophrenic, not taking his medication, and having delusional thoughts.

On 9/1/23 a white male subject was placed under a Baker Act in the 5400 block of SE 113th Street after advising that he did not want to live any longer. The subject was transported to the Vines without incident.

On 9/1/2023, at 5830 SE Abshier Blvd (Domino’s) – Ann Jones was issued a trespass warning by management.

On 9/2/2023, 5726 Se Abshier Blvd (Wawa) – Jessica Rolph, Brian Baker, and Ryan Cartier were issued trespass warnings by management.

On 9/2/2023, 11300 Blk S Us Hwy 441 – Pfc. Eckert observed a traffic violation and conducted a traffic stop. The driver, Emma Paxson, advised she did not have a valid license. Paxson lived locally, so Pfc. Eckert issued her a criminal citation. Case closed by arrest.

On 9/2/2023, 10500 Blk S Us Hwy 441 – Cpl. Harrington observed a traffic violation and conducted a traffic stop. The driver, Ramiro Arriola Carachure, provided a Mexican ID card and did not have a valid driver’s license. Arriola Carachure had no ties to the local community, so Cpl. Harrington placed him under arrest and transported him to the Marion County Jail without incident. Case closed by arrest.

On 9/2/2023, at 5615 Se 110th Pl (Belleview Community Center) – Pfc. Eckert responded to the location for a fight in progress. Upon arrival he discovered the subject, George Still, had already left the scene on foot. The victim and witnesses explained Still was drunk and had been causing a scene at their gathering. Still wouldn’t leave so the victim tried to convince him to leave with him, but other family members continued arguing with Still. Still turned and punched the victim in the face. Pfc. Eckert located Still nearby, placed him under arrest, and transported him to the Marion County Jail without incident. Case closed by arrest.

On 9/4/2023, 5800 Se Abshier Blvd – Sgt. Esquivel and Ofc. Galler responded to the area of the Wawa (5726 Se Abshier Blvd) for a physical disturbance (#09-0058). An involved silver sedan left the location and was located and stopped by Sgt. Esquivel, who observed indicators of impairment from the driver, Lillian Marrero. The physical disturbance was investigated and closed. Ofc. Galler began a DUI investigation and Marrero declined to perform field sobriety exercises. Ofc. Galler had observed several indicators of impairment and placed Marrero under arrest. Ofc. Galler transported Marrero to the Marion County Jail, where she also refused to provide a breath sample. Case closed by arrest.

On 9/4/2023 – An adult male was placed under a Baker Act after expressing suicidal ideations.
