On 9/6/2023, at 5198 SE Abshier Blvd (Circle K), Gregory Sexton was issued a trespass warning by management.

On 9/6/2023, at 4900 SE 102nd Pl Lot 131 (Golden Oaks Mobile Home Park) – An individual that identified themselves as Tyah McDowell from klabradorpaws. top committed the listed offenses by receiving $700 for a fraudulent transaction.

On 9/6/2023, at 5726 SE Abshier Blvd (Wawa) – Jessica Garcia committed the offense by stealing a Smirnoff Ice beer. Garcia was later located, arrested, and taken to the Marion County Jail. Case closed by arrest.

On 9/7/2023, at 10301 S Us Hwy 441 (Publix) – Juan Cruz was issued a trespass warning by management.

On 9/7/2023, at 10369 S Us Hwy 441 (Dollar Tree) – Cpl. Harrington and Pfc. Eckert responded to the scene for a suspicious person. They located Jessica Gilliard, whom they knew had an active warrant in Marion County. Gilliard was detained and they located a syringe in her property, which she advised she used to inject heroin. Cpl. Harrington placed Gilliard under arrest and transported her to the Marion County Jail. Case closed by arrest.

On 9/7/2023, at 11310 S Us Hwy 301 (Winn Dixie) – An adult male was placed under a Baker Act after expressing suicidal ideations and extreme paranoia.

On 9/7/2023, at 5018 Se Abshier Blvd #8 (Vin Mar Motel) – An adult male was placed under a Baker Act after expressing extreme paranoia and not taking his medication for his schizophrenia.

On 9/10/2023, Mell Lee Breckon, (white male, DOB 1/10/1976), did expose his sexual organs on SE 55th CT in a vulgar manner which was witnessed. After an exhaustive search, Breckon was located and placed under arrest then transported to the Marion County Jail.

On 9/10/2023, at 5927 SE Babb Rd, Milo T. Brown, (white male, DOB 06/28/1986), was arrested on an FTA warrant-change of plea CT 2 Possession of drug paraphernalia bond. Marion County deputy transported to Marion County Jail.

On 09/08/2023, at SE Robinson Rd., a mother alleged her juvenile son had battered her. Case was unfounded due to insufficient evidence.
