On 09/29/2023 – at the 10300 Blk S US Hwy 441 (Belleview Square Plaza)– Eric Scott was issued a notice to appear after he was recognized and known from prior encounters to have been issued a trespass warning from the location.

On 09/30/2023 – at the 5500 Blk SE Abshier Blvd – Junior St Louis, DOB 08/20/1994, was issued a criminal citation for knowingly driving while license suspended subsequent to a traffic stop on his vehicle.

On 10/01/2023 – at the 6600 Blk SE 110th St – Dana Porter, DOB 03/20/1970, was arrested for driving under the influence subsequent to a traffic stop and following a driving under the influence investigation.

On 10/01/2023 – at 5198 Se Abshier Blvd (Circle K) – An unknown suspect stole victim’s metallic handgun from his green Chevrolet two door while it was parked at the location.

On 10/01/2023, at 5726 SE Abshier Blvd (Wawa), Juan Cruz, DOB 02/16/1959, and Bobby Bullock, DOB 07/07/1970, were issued trespass warnings.

On 9/27/2023, at approximately 2209, a counterfeit $10 USD bill, was attempted to be passed as currency by an unknown white male, while at 5726 SE Abshier Blvd (Wawa) the bill has been documented and reported to the united states secret service. This investigation is ongoing.

On 9/28/2023 at approximately 0211, following a well being check at 5305 SE Abshier Blvd [Race Trac] Christopher Adam Swarthout (white male, DOB 02/07/1975) was placed under arrest for active Marion County warrant (23mm6188) for violation of pre-trial release conditions.

On 09/28/23 at approximately 1:19 pm, Travis D. West (white male, DOB 12/13/91) was issued a trespass warning from the Publix, located at 10301 US Hwy 441, authorized by an open trespass.

On 09/28/2023 at approximately 17:50 hours, a juvenile female was placed under a Baker Act from 6017 SE Robinson Road (Hands of Mercy).
