On 10/3/2023 in the parking area of 5830 SE Abshier Blvd, Robert Charles Benac (white male, DOB: 02/16/1948) was placed under arrest for violation of Florida §316.193 driving under the influence of alcohol subsequent to a motor vehicle collision.

On 10/03/2023 at approximately 07:20 hours Alejandro David Rios Cooper (hispanic male, DOB: 09/07/1982) was issued a trespass warning from 5436 SE Hames Rd, Belleview, (United Methodist Church) for sleeping on the property.

On 10-2-23 at Wawa located at 5726 SE Abshier Blvd two juvenile subjects, Connor King and Peace Domnguez, were issued trespass warnings from the location.

Between the dates of 9/26/2023 and 10/2/2023, two unknown individuals only identified through their Facebook profiles did commit a violation of Florida Statutes 812.014(C) Grand Theft and 817.034 Scheme to Defraud by falsely posting an apartment for sale on Facebook Marketplace by false or fraudulent pretenses and defrauding the victim out of $1,600.00 USD.

On Monday 9/25/2023 between the hours of 0800 and 0900 an unknown white male driving a newer model Ford F-150 did take a Stihl BG50 leaf blower valued at $150 USD belonging to victim while at 5120 SE Abshier Blvd (KFC).

Investigation revealed that on 09/02/23 at approximately 2:06 pm, at Cash Kwik, located at 5827 SE Abshier Blvd, a white male suspect did utter and pass a forged check (signature) from the us treasury payable to a deceased person in the amount of $1,484.00. An arrest warrant will be procured.

On 10/8/2023 at approximately 1810, a mentally disabled juvenile did throw eggs at multiple residences on SE 99th Street. The juvenile did also knock over multiple trash cans in front of houses on the street. Due to the juvenile’s cognitive disability and no actual physical damage occurring to an individual or property, he was remanded into the custody of his parents. This juvenile is 16 years old and very autistic. He has the mentality of a 7 or 8 year old.

Investigation revealed that on 10/08/2023 at approximately 10:22 pm at 6017 SE Robinson Road Belleview, four female juveniles did runaway to an unknown location. Investigation revealed that on 10/08/2023 at approximately 09:25 am at 6017 SE Robinson Road, Belleview, a black female juvenile did commit the offense of Petit Theft by taking an iPhone 7 valued at $300.00 USD and two campus debit/credit cards from victim’s purse.

On 10/07/22 at approximately 3:21 pm at 5838 SE Robinson Road, Apt R, Lowell D. Williams (black male, DOB: 12/02/71) was placed under arrest for a felony warrant from Marion County. Cpl. Gray transported Lowell to the Marion County Jail for processing.

Investigation revealed that on 10-7-23, Richard Kurdt, (white male, DOB: 9-16-69), was issued a trespass warning from Wawa located at 5726 SE Abshier blvd.

On 10/06/2023 at approximately 11:58 am, assisted Marion County Sheriffs Office in detaining Richard Alan Wood (white male, DOB: 02/13/2001) who fled from Deputy Jean #6156 at SE Robinson Rd and SE Earp Rd.

On 10/06/2023 at approximately 09:00 hours Nicholas C. Land (white male, DOB 02/11/2001) was issued a trespass warning from the Belleview Regional Plaza for sleeping in front of businesses.

On 10/5/2023, at 6666 SE 110th st (Opus Bar and Billiards) Kevin McCoy was issued a notice to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia after a marijuana pipe and marijuana grinder were observed in his vehicle in plain view in the parking lot of the location.

On 10/5/2023, at 5741 Se Abshier Blvd (Hardees) Jeanette Perfetti uttered a counterfeit $100 bill that she stated she knew was fictitious. This case has been submitted to the State Attorney’s Office for a warrant..

On 10/5/2023, at 11665 SE 69th cir (Southern Sun Mobile Home Park) Jorge Romero Fausto committed simple battery domestic and false imprisonment by pulling the victim back into a vehicle by her hair and not allowing her to leave the vehicle. Multiple law enforcement officers were unable to locate Jorge. This case has been submitted to the State Attorney’s Office for a warrant.

On 10/5/2023, at 10300 Blk S Us Hwy 441 – Jose Coronel Clleja was arrested for no valid drivers license and leaving the scene of a crash and Janelly Gomez was issued a criminal citation for no valid driver’s license subsequent to a traffic crash..

On 10/5/2023, at 11310 S Us Hwy 301 (Winn Dixie), a juvenile employee was placed under arrest after stealing multiple food items over multiple days. She was released to her parents.
