Homeless Pig

Success Story
Mercury, pictured above before and after rescue, is ready to begin the rest of his life. A call from a concerned citizen led Animal Services to this horse in need of intervention. The animal control team collected evidence, followed all proper legal channels, and eventually a petition for custody was successful. If you would like to give this well-mannered, 16-year-old, gelding a safe and happy life, contact Marion County Animal Services to meet him.
