Arrests & Incidents
On 10/12/2023 at approximately 2006, Nicholas Land (white male, DOB: 02/11/2001) was issued a permanent trespass from 5305 SE Abshier BLVD (Racetrac). The defendant was informed should he return to the property after the issuance of this permanent barring notice it is enforceable under Florida §810.08 as a misdemeanor.

On 10/12/2023 at approximately 1806 Robin Wicks (white female, DOB:11/5/1984) and Dustin Fox (white male, DOB:10/17/1991) were issued permanent trespass from 10133 US-441 (Belleview Commons Plaza) after owners of the property discovered a large amount of human fecal material at the location where they are known to sleep. Both parties were informed should they return to the property after the issuance of this permanent barring notice it would be enforceable as a misdemeanor.

On 10/12/23 at approximately 5:30 pm, a white female juvenile was issued a trespass warning/barring notice from Wawa located at 5726 SE Abshier Blvd and CVS located at 5800 SE Abshier Blvd authorized by open trespasses.

On 10/12/2023 at approximately 09:34 am at 5800 SE Abshier Blvd (CVS), Belleview FL, 34420, Rashaad Todarmal (DOB: 08/22/2002) did commit the offense of simple assault and retail petit theft by telling an employee he was going to shoot them and taking a 3-pack sharpie valued at $8.99 USD.

On 10/13/2023, at SE 111th St – Louis Moreno did committed the listed offense by striking his girlfriend across the face with an open palm during an argument. Lieutenant Bryan located and detained Moreno, who was subsequently placed under arrest by Pfc. Eckert and transported to the Marion County Jail without incident. Case closed by arrest.

On 10/15/2023, 3767 SE 97th Ln (Cobblestone North) – Randall Lanier was issued a trespass warning by the homeowner.

On 10/13/2023, at 11401 S Us Hwy 301 (Unique Fades Barbershop) – Chase Gibiser committed petit theft by not paying for a service that was provided. Case active pending an arrest warrant.

On 10/13/2023, at Se 66th Ter – A female juvenile and Troy Livergood committed Simple Domestic Battery against the victim (the juvenile’s brother and suspect’s stepson) by grabbing and striking him during an argument. The juvenile and Livergood were placed under arrest. Livergood was taken to the Marion County Jail and the juvenile was processed and released to her mother’s custody. Case closed by arrest.

10/13/2023, at 10400 Blk S Us Hwy 441 – Christina Mejia, DOB 8/31/1992, committed the offense of driving under the influence with passengers under the age of 18 years old and was arrested subsequent to a traffic stop.

On 10/13/2023, at 6017 SE Robinson Rd (Hands of Mercy Everywhere) – A female juvenile was reported as a missing runaway.

On 10/13/2023, SE 66th Ter – Jessica Livergood committed the listed offense against the victim (her son) by pushing him as he attempted to reenter the home (related to earlier case). Case closed by arrest.

On 10/14/2023, at SE 66th Ter – A female juvenile was placed under a Baker Act after expressing suicidal ideations.

On 10/15/2023, at 12300 Blk S Us Hwy 441 – Officers provided assistance to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office during a DUI investigation and subsequent arrest.

On 10/15/2023, at 4849 SE 110th St Apt B – Officers located Jenele Wolfe and Christopher Durden and assisted MCSO with their arrest for outstanding warrants.
