On 10/26/2023 at approximately 11:02 pm Lonnie A. Whitten (white male, DOB 2/7/65) did commit the offense of battery on a person 65 or older by striking his girlfriend with a closed fist causing injury to the victim’s face. Closed by arrest.

Investigation revealed that on 10/25/23 at 10:13 pm and at 10:33 pm, at Circle K located at 5198 SE Abshier Blvd, an unknown black male and an unknown white male stole two 12 packs of twisted tea (total value $37.98) as reported by Beth A. Deprow (white female, DOB 02/18/70).

Investigation revealed that on 10/26/23 at 1:04 am at SE Poinciana Rd, an unknown subject (possibly male) entered into the victim’s 2016 Ford Transit Connect Van via the unlocked driver’s side door which was captured on a ring doorbell video and stole approximately $20.00 from the center console.

On 10/25/2023 at approximately 14:33 hours Dustin M. Matthews (white male, DOB 8/12/95) did commit the offenses of possession methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia by subsequent to a search of a bookbag belonging to him while at 10431 SE 49th Court and admitting the items were his post-Miranda.

On 10/25/23 at approximately 9:15 am at St Marys Episcopal Church located at 5750 SE 115th Street, Richard E. Kurdt (white male, 09/16/69) was issued a trespass warning/barring notice from Pastor Lisa Wimmer (white female, DOB 01/12/56).

On 10/23/2023 – at 6245 SE Baseline Rd (Certified Auto Tech) – Florida License plate was stolen from a dark blue Ford pickup as reported by Ismael Bernabe.

On 10/23/2023 – at 11660 S Us Hwy 441 (Gary Yeomans Ford) – Jaime Lopez Sanchez was issued a trespass warning by management.

On 10/29/2023, at the 5900 blk of SE Hames Rd, Juan Taurino Cantu (hispanic male, DOB 05/06/88) committed the offenses of possession of fentanyl, poss of contraband into a correctional institution, no valid drivers license subsequent to a traffic stop and having fentanyl in property at jail. Case closed by arrest.

On 10/29/2023, at 06:45pm, James Jacks (white male, DOB 01/12/1986) committed the offense of driving while license revoked by driving a vehicle southbound on 441. Officer attempted to read license plate, but could not due to a tinted cover that was affixed. Closed by criminal citation arrest.

On 10/29/2023, at 12:10, at Dollar General (10775 S US Hwy 441) an unidentified black male did commit the offense of retail theft by filling a shopping basket full of various bottles of wine (approx $70.00) and then exiting the store without paying for them.

Between 10/28/2023 and 10/29/2023, at Mi Pueblo Flea Market (12180 S US Hwy 441) an unknown person committed the offense by taking two pairs of boots displayed for sale with a total value of $280.00.

On 10/29/2023, Richard Kurdt, DOB 9/16/1969, was arrested for offense after returning to St Marys Church at 5750 SE 115th Street after previously being issued a trespass warning form the property.
