Arrests & Incidents
On 11/04/23 at approximately 8:30 am, at Racetrac located at 5305 SE Abshier Blvd, Luther L. Lapole (white male, DOB 03/17/93) was issued a trespass warning/barring notice authorized by an open trespass.

On 11/4/2023 at approximately 1600 an unknown black male did enter 5198 SE Abshier Blvd (Circle K) and throw a 44oz soda at the store clerk. The liquid struck the clerk and damaged store property valued at $1,000.

Investigation revealed that it was discovered on 11/4/2023 that an unknown person/persons did commit the offense of criminal mischief by damaging a fence belonging to the Autumn Glenn community valued at $500.00.

On 11/01/2023 at 5838 SE Robinson Rd (Lakeview Apartments), William Kleir, DOB 10/08/1982, (A non-resident at the apartments) was issued a trespass warning by management after causing a disturbance.

On 11/01/2023 at 6666 SE 110th St (Opus Bar), Michael Beecher, DOB 12/27/1989, was issued a trespass warning by management after causing a disturbance.

On 11/02/2023 at 10251 S Us Hwy 441 (Sunoco), An unknown white male stole approximately $26.76 worth of merchandise (wine, cigarettes, Excedrin) from the location. A photograph of the subject has been forwarded to patrol for possible identification.

On 11/02/2023 at 10500 Blk S Us Hwy 441, Brianna Brown, DOB 05/01/2001, was arrested for driving with no valid driver’s license subsequent to a traffic stop.
