Investigation revealed that on 11-9-2023 an unknown white male suspect did commit the offense of retail petit theft by taking items valued at $29.56 From the Kwik King located at 10251 S Hwy 441 without paying for the items.

On 11/08/2023 at approximately 15:36 hours an unknown individual did commit the offense of credit card fraud by using victim’s credit card to transfer approximately $130.00 USD onto a cash app card.

On 11/08/23 at approximately 12:10 pm, behind Rock and Wash located at 10477 US Hwy 441, a white male was placed under a Marchman Act due to being nonresponsive from ingesting an unknown illicit drug 12 hours earlier. Marion County Fire Rescue transported the white male to Belleview ER for treatment.

On 11/7/2023, 5760 SE Hwy 484 (Truist Bank) – An adult male was placed under a Baker Act after making threats to harm himself.

On 11/7/2023, at 4920 Se Abshier Blvd (Walgreens) – A bag of unknown pills was located and subsequently destroyed.

On 11/7/2023, 10825 S Us Hwy 441 (Spin City Laundry) – An unidentified white male committed petit theft by removing the victim’s clothes from a dryer.

On 11/7/2023, 11310 S Us Hwy 301 (Winn Dixie) – Lori Crumpton, DOB 3/25/1980, was issued a trespass warning by management after causing a disturbance.

On 11/7/2023, at SE 56th Ave – An adult female was placed under a Baker Act after expressing suicidal ideations and ingesting an unknown amount of pills.

On 11/7/2023, Us Hwy 441/Se Baseline Rd – An unknown suspect committed Simple Assault, Improper Exhibition of a Firearm by displaying a firearm to the victim while driving down the road. Case pending inactive.

On 11/10/2023, at 4900 Se 102nd PL (Golden Oaks MHP) – The victim alleged that suspect logged into his messaging account and stole information containing a gift card number and took approximately $200 from the gift card.

On 11/10/2023, 5198 Se Abshier Blvd (Circle K) – An adult male was placed under a Baker Act after expressing suicidal ideation.

On 11/10/2023, SE 107th St – Stephanie Brewer, DOB 6/05/1984, was arrested for simple domestic battery after striking her boyfriend with a closed fist multiple times.

On 11/10/2023, at 6017 Se Robinson Rd (Hands of Mercy Everywhere) – A juvenile female was placed under a Baker Act due to erratic and harmful behaviors.

On 11/11/2023, at SE Front Rd/Se Drew Rd – Luis Saucedo Solis, DOB 2/5/1998, was placed under arrest for No Valid Driver’s License subsequent to a traffic stop.

On 11/11/2023, at 6017 SE Robinson Rd (Hands Of Mercy Everywhere) – A female juvenile was reported as a runaway after packing a backpack full of property and leaving the home without permission.

On 11/12/2023, at 10301 S Us Hwy 441 (Publix) – An unidentified black male committed Retail Petit Theft by removing merchandise from the store without paying. The items were recovered and management did not wish to pursue criminal charges. Case closed.

S Us Hwy 441 (Belleview Commons Plaza) – Howard Reece, DOB 8/14/1987, committed Criminal Mischief, Disorderly Conduct by setting multiple fires in the parking lot and to a dumpster. Pfc. Hunt located and arrested Reece, whom he issued a trespass warning from the Belleview Commons and Belleview Regional plazas. Case closed by arrest.

On 11/12/2023, at 5086 Se 102nd Pl – An unknown suspect committed Obtaining Property by False Personation by false personation by presenting themselves as a friend of the victim and requesting a small loan of $80, which the victim gave.
