Investigation revealed that on 01/28/24 at Vin-Mar Motel, a white female was placed under a Baker Act after advising of suicidal ideations.

On 1/27/2024 at approximately 1750 hours, while an officer was assigned to the patrol operations division, a juvenile and Amanda Douglas (white female, DOB:10/02/1984) were trespassed from 6005 SE Robinson Road following a verbal argument in which all involved parties became argumentative.

On 01/26/24 at approximately 6:40 am at St Theresa Church, located at 11528 US Hwy 301, David A. Rogers (white male, DOB 08/11/89) was issued a trespass warning by St Theresa’s staff.

On 1-22-24 at Al E Gator car wash located at 6107 SE Hames Road an unknown white male suspect did commit the offense of Burglary, Petit Theft, and Criminal Mischief by cutting a door at the location, entering the structure and taking $300.00 in cash and coin. The damage to the door is estimated to be $500.00.

Between 01/18/24 and 01/21/24, at 11139 SE 66th ter, an unknown person(s) entered the residence possibly through an unlocked door or had a key, removed the kitchen sprayer hose from the kitchen causing the water to shoot upwards which resulted in a hole in the ceiling where the water entered into the ceiling causing the entire residence to flood. Other damage was done to the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, sliding glass door glass was broken with an object, damage to ceiling fan lights, and other extensive damage to the residence causing approximately $75,000.00 in damage.

On 1/21/2024 at approximately 0545 an unknown individual destroyed a lock to a trailer valued at $20 USD belonging to the property owners of 5201 SE abshier blvd. (Diamond wash). The unknown individual did then remove approximately 50 feet of steel chain valued at $130.

On 01/23/24 at approximately 6:47 am, at Rock and Wash located at 10477 US Hwy 441, Mell L. Breckon (white male) committed the act of trespass occupied structure after warning. A probable cause affidavit was drafted for his arrest.

Investigation revealed that in December 2023 a juvenile male alleged that he was battered by his father’s friend with a coat hanger and an open hand.

On 1/23/2024 at approximately 2150 Ky’juan Xavier Small (DOB: 01/16/2002) was placed under arrest for violation of Florida §893.13(6)(B) possession of marijuana (less than 20 grams), following a traffic stop for unlawful speed in the 5300 block of SE Abshier Blvd.

On 01/24/2024 at approximately 0004 hours Bridget E. Dowd (white female, 3/30/82) was placed under arrest for driving under the influence following a traffic stop for unlawful speed in the 5300 Block of SE Abshier Blvd.

On 1/24/2024, Robert Bush (white male, DOB 3/4/89) committed the listed offenses against victim by battering her, taking and destroying her phone as she tried to call 911, and then holding his forearm against her throat which restricted her airway. Bush fled the scene and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

On 1/24/2024, 5830 Se Abshier Blvd (Domino’s Pizza) – Kenrick Bailey (Black Male, DOB 9/28/88) was issued a trespass warning on behalf of management.

On 1/24/2024, 5726 SE Abshier Blvd (Wawa) – Christy Brazwell (W/F 12/12/88) was issued a trespass warning on behalf of management.

On 1/25/2024, at 5556 SE Hwy 484 (Belleview Elementary School) – A mother reported that on 1/19/24, while on the bus home from school, her juvenile son was battered by four other juvenile males. Case forwarded to the SRO.

On 1/25/2024, at 5556 Se Hwy 484 (Belleview Elementary School Zone) – Pablo Perez De Leon (hispanic male, DOB 4/27/99) was issued a criminal citation for the offense subsequent to a traffic stop for speeding.

On 1/25/2024, 11541 Se 53rd Ct – Destiny Cotton (white female, DOB 12/28/90) and Jonathan Jemery (white male, DOB 07/1/88) were issued a trespass warning from the location.
