Belleview Police Report – 03/07/24

March 1, 2024:

Fraudulent Use of Personal Identification, Cashing with Intent to Defraud – An unknown individual committed fraudulent use of personal identification and attempted to cash a check at South State Bank, 10990 S US Hwy 441.

Petit Theft – A blue and yellow bicycle valued at $90.00 was stolen from Zaxby’s, 10560 S US Hwy 441.

March 2, 2024:

Attempted Burglary of a Structure – An unknown juvenile attempted to burglarize the softball concessions stand at the Belleview Sports Complex, 6501 SE 107th St.

DWLSR – Andres Jaca Rodriguez received a criminal citation following a traffic stop at SE 110th St/SE 55th Ave.

Simple Battery Domestic – Sebastian Becker was arrested for simple domestic battery at Checkers, 5497 SE Abshier Blvd, after spitting on and striking food out of the hand of the victim.

Baker Act – Two individuals were placed under a Baker Act at Lakeview Apartments, 5838 SE Abshier Blvd, and Silver Oaks Mobile Home Park, 10366 S US Hwy 441, after making threats to harm themselves.

Disorderly Conduct, Resist Without Violence

Joseph Hoop was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting an officer without violence at SE 107th St/SE 50th Ave.

March 3, 2024:

Warrant Arrest

Rebecca Esteves was arrested at 10431 SE 49th Ct Apt 33 for an active Marion County violation of probation warrant.

Simple Battery Domestic – Aicha Saccamano was arrested for striking her spouse in the neck with a closed fist at SE 67th Ter.

March 4, 2024:

DUI, No Valid License Yulmar Evelio Jaimez Silva was arrested for DUI and No Valid Driver’s License at 6500 Blk SE 110th St.

Trespass Warning – Marquice Pryor received a trespass warning at Spin City Laundry, 10825 S US Hwy 441, at the request of a security officer.

Battery (Domestic) – A juvenile struck her mother at SE 53rd Terrace Road, resulting in her arrest and transportation to the juvenile detention facility.

Additionally, two ongoing cases were reported:

Burglary (Structure of Conveyance), Petit Theft – Unknown males attempted to enter a vehicle unsuccessfully at SE 52nd Avenue and then stole miscellaneous items from a vehicle at SE 108th Place.

Burglary (Structure or Conveyance), Grand Theft, Criminal Mischief – Unknown person(s) forcefully entered a business, stealing a mower valued at $10,000.
