Arrested: Landlord Enters Tenant’s Dwelling Through Window

Marion County deputies recently responded to a residence in the 16800 block of SW 27th Street, following reports of a physical disturbance.

Upon arrival, an unsettling scenario unfolded. It was revealed that Loraine Snyder, the landlord, had unlawfully entered a tenant’s dwelling through an unlocked window and engaged in a physical altercation with the victim.

Reportedly, Snyder was unhappy with the tenant’s presence inside the home, despite the tenant being allowed to live there. Deputies took action, placing Snyder under arrest. He was transported to the Marion County Jail and now faces charges related to burglary and battery.
