Death Reported:

On March 23, 2024, William P. Glenck was discovered deceased at his residence located at 10105 SE 41st Ave in Belleview.

No Valid Driver’s License:

Ruben Santiago Marcos was caught driving without a license at SE Baseline Rd and SE Foss Rd on March 23, 2024, and was issued a citation for the offense.


Driving Without a Valid License:

Aldo Mauricio Martinez Salas was discovered to be operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license in the 10400 block of S US-441 on March 23, 2024.

Trespass Warning Issued at

All About Arts:

On March 24, 2024, at 5172 SE Abshier Blvd (All About Arts), Lloyd C Weidenhammer and Samantha M. Weedon were issued trespass warnings and advised not to return to the property after establishing a camp on business property.

Trespass Warning Issued at

Belleview Regional Plaza:

On the same day, March 24, 2024, at 10300 S US Highway 441, Robert P. Lopiano was issued a trespass warning at the Belleview Regional Plaza at the request of property management.

Fraud and Petit Theft – Impersonator

Convinces Victim to Send Bitcoin:

Investigation reveals that on March 22, 2024, an unknown male suspect committed fraud and petit theft by impersonating a deputy sheriff. The suspect convinced the victim to send $280.00 in Bitcoin through CoinMe, allegedly to nullify an arrest warrant.

Battery Incident – Juveniles Involved in

Physical Altercation:

On March 29, 2024, at 11164 SE 68th Ct (Autumn Glen), multiple juveniles were involved in a physical altercation after agreeing to meet up and fight one another. Case closed by other means.

Lost Property Report:

On March 29, 2024, at 11310 S US Hwy 301 (Winn Dixie), Anthone Wells reported that he lost his wallet while at the listed location.

Fraudulent Use of Personal ID –

Attempted Vehicle Purchase:

On March 30, 2024, at 11660 S US Hwy 441 (Gary Yeomans Ford), an unknown black male using an assumed identity of the victim attempted to purchase a vehicle online from an unknown location. Case referred to appropriate jurisdiction.

Marchman Act Enforced – Suspected

Overdose Leads to Intervention:

On April 1, 2024, at 10366 S US Hwy 441 Lot 39, an adult male was placed under a Marchman Act after a suspected overdose.
